冬天捏膀胱經增免疫力！從出痧點看出咳嗽、便祕這一些毛病
【華人健康網記者黃曼瑩／台北報導】冬天天氣冷，別讓疾病來搗蛋！平時養生靠多練功，除了太極拳等武術之外，還可以透過背部「捏脊功」，捏一捏膀胱經，就能啟動五臟六腑的氣機，打通淤積堵塞，尤其心情鬱結，或外感邪氣，多推積在背部，因此進行此功法，有助於對抗疾病，能知道是否有咳嗽、便祕等毛病，再對症調理，以及提升免疫力，守住身體健康。
【捏脊功注意要點】：
1.脊椎兩側，旁開兩指的膀胱經，捏3下，停一下，再提一下，一共要重複3次。
2.大人從上往下捏，小朋友因為陽氣未足，所以是從下往上捏。
3.捏脊功要避開子時(半夜11點到凌晨1點)和午時(上午11點到下午1點)。
4.本療法一般在空腹時進行，飯後不宜立即捏拿，需休息2小時後再進行。
提醒，患有癤腫、皮膚病者，不可使用本療法。伴有高熱、心臟病或有出血傾向者宜慎用。

冰島馬幾乎可說是全世界血統最純的馬，相傳過去航海時代時，由於船隻所能容納馬匹不多，船上幾乎都是萬中選一的優良馬，冰島馬初始是由維京人及北歐人帶到冰島的馬匹混種，爾後1000多年來，由於冰島禁止外來馬匹進口、已出口馬匹回國，因此冰島馬已經純種培育長達千年之久。
